We have had business interests in the Cashiers-Sapphire area for many years, and were thrilled when the opportunity came to move here full-time in 2013. We love living and working here, and providing our clients with personal, top-notch, and timely service. When they know the investment they have in their home is secure, they can enjoy their time in the mountains as much as we enjoy ours!

Before moving here, we lived in Ocala, Florida and trained horses professionally.  We built a Bunkhouse on our property, which was our first taste of major construction work.  We created six units, each with a bathroom and kitchenette. These well-appointed suites served as a vacation rental destination for people who wanted to travel with their horses, or who had horses in training with us.  Developing that aspect of our business is how we first got into vacation rentals.

Since making our home here in these majestic mountains, FCPM has grown exponentially.  Steven got his General Contractor's license just to keep up with the increasing demands of the business and scope of work.  It is our goal - and our pleasure - to offer peace of mind to the owners who entrust their properties to us, and exceed their expectations with the level of service we offer.
